Our mission is to provide the love, care, and attention that your pets deserve. We will make sure that they have a wonderful experience, giving pet owners such as yourself peace of mind.
Our Philosophy
At Long Lane Pet Resort, we strive to provide your animal with the same comforts as home. We offer a relaxed atmosphere with individualized spaces, so the animals remain stress-free and safe.
We are more than happy to accommodate any special diets, administration of medications, and special needs at no extra cost. We want your pet’s experience to be a relaxing and enjoyable one, so please let us know what we can do to make this a positive experience for your whole family. From our family to yours, we welcome you to our beautiful farm!
Our Facility
Our boarding facility is situated on 100 beautiful acres located between Lindsay and Peterborough near Emily Provincial Park. Our kennel has 24 comfortable rooms for dogs and three rooms for our feline friends.
Each kennel room has their own run, allowing them space to roam inside and out, weather permitting. There are three larger exercise areas that we use for longer play times.
We offer specialized walks for an added fee throughout the property for guests who would like extra exercise during their stay. Our facility is climate-controlled, comfortable, and exceptionally clean.

“We are extremely excited to begin this new adventure on our beautiful farm, and we look forward to meeting you and each of your furry family members along the way. We both grew up with animals as part of our families and have had the joy of raising our kids the same way.
We love animals and the outdoors and hope to create a welcoming environment for all who come here. I am a massage therapist in Peterborough, and I grew up outside of Omemee. My husband, on the other hand, is from Midland and is in equipment sales.
Our children, Lily and Kye, are thrilled about this move and their new cats that they have adopted! We are looking forward to the challenge and all the wonderful experiences ahead of us. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make this transition easier for you and your family members.”
